That feeling of euphoria has been few and far between as an Irons fan.
I was 22 at the end of the 85/86 season and I'm 51 now.

21 then and loving football again now.
Last few years I couldn't bring myself to watch hardly any as it depressed me how easy on the eye most teams looked after watching us.

I was 20 in '86 and time may have clouded my memory but I don't remember it feeling THIS good so early in the season. It was more of a gradual realisation that something special might be happening.
Maybe I'm getting old, maybe we have found a magic formula, maybe......
I don't care. I'm just enjoying it.
